1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Histolumo mobile application ("App") and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CurlyCorn LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Histolumo is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn history through audio stories, quizzes, and interactive content. The App is available for iOS and Android devices.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the App
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Cancellation at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal charges

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, audio, images, illustrations, and the character "Lumo," is owned by CurlyCorn LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Educational content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional historical education.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurlyCorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
